Our Trusted Partners
We have a team of trusted partners we have selected for their experience and expertise. These partners keep us abreast as to industry best practices, product offerings and comparative resources. These resources in addition to our personal commitment level is how we are able to provide a wide range of attractive solutions for our valued clients.
Our Core Values:
-
Financial independence
We view money as a valuable/critical resource that allows individuals to live their ideal life, to be able to do the type of work and play that they desire and in many cases with whom they desire. A top priority through our work with clients is to help them achieve financial independence or if they have already done so maintain it, and to do the same for ourselves. How do we do that: It starts with you – We love talking about different and our favorite financial tools, the pros and cons of each, but to put together a plan that we believe provides you the highest likelihood of success, which typically includes several different (diversifying) financial tools and account types (taxation and liquidity) it all starts with you and your family! What are your desires, resources and tolerances, what is your current financial picture, ideally what do you want that to look like in the future?
-
Our clients interests first
An overused phrase in the financial services/investment management industry, in life we believe actions speak louder than words. Our actions to back up our words: We are independent: This means we aren’t employees of any investment firms or banks, we decide which financial strategies we believe best serve our clients and have no quotas or mandates that we can’t do X or we must do Y and if we don’t, we lose our job/employment (there are firms and advisors/agents that operate this way).
-
Always be improving
Professional knowledge, our advisors are always involved in some form of professional development. Attending industry conferences, working on additional educational designations, staying abreast of changing financial markets and regulatory changes (Tax changes/Secure Act etc..), improving their communication and presentation skills, and we encourage and support our non licensed team members to improve in their focus areas too!
-
Provide value first
We understand entrusting someone to manage your financial resources, to take advice from or even to discuss your financial picture with, can be overwhelming and difficult to get comfortable with. We provide a complimentary 1st meeting so that you can get a sense if you feel comfortable with us. We also want to get a sense if we can be of value to you and your family, can we help you improve one or more aspects of your financial situation, and in many cases beyond the logical/tangible benefits, hopefully in meeting and then having us as your advisor you gain greater peace of mind, have less financial stress/worry around your financial decisions and how your financial resources are working for you.
-
Client service
We believe when you entrust an advisor with your financial resources you deserve timely responses to any questions or concerns. We strive to return all client phone calls or emails within 1 business day.
We have 2 different service models depending on the totality of the client/advisor relationship.
We believe when you purchase an insurance product you deserve to get ongoing service around that product which includes at a minimum if purchased through us, reviewing it annually and bringing to your attention any suggested adjustments or improvements.
Quite often in the industry we meet and hear stories of clients opening a policy or account and rarely hearing from or talking with their advisor/agent again.
Leave people better off than they were before meeting with, listening to or talking with us:
While we love working with our existing clients and welcoming new ones. We are limited to the amount of client/advisor relationships we can have at one time, and we desire to make an even greater and wider positive impact in our community and the world through providing quality financial education.
Awareness is the first step toward making better life/financial decisions and our actions to support this goal is twofold.
1) We provide open to the community financial education events throughout the year, while we meet many clients this way, and we are able to add value to people in our community where a client/advisor relationship with us isn’t a fit, typically helping them understand basic retirement planning rules around Social Security retirement benefits, Medicare, IRA’s, Roth IRA’s, required minimum distributions, and financial options beyond stocks, bonds and bank CD’s.
2) We create educational content and share that via our YouTube channel, Linked In and Facebook posts and have thousands of individuals receiving our monthly financial stay informed content
