Associate Financial Advisor
Updated April 2024 – Our current needs are for an in-office Client Services Associate, which could be part time or full time. Full time would require skills and experience in other areas, being proficient at operations and marketing coordinator activities.
Our second focus is for a fully licensed Associate Financial Advisor.
Most positions are a combination of in-office, remote and in the field.

As a Client Services Associate you are a primary contact point for communications with existing and potential clients. You also support overall operations and the advisors in tracking new business, preparing for client meetings as well as our community events. Based on skills, desires and experience you may also support marketing and business development activities.
As our Marketing Coordinator you will lead our online and offline marketing activities including our Las Vegas area educational presentations, and work with your other colleagues.
You have creative skills in areas such as email marketing, video and copy creation/editing, marketing design, applying PR to financial services with the ability to plan for and execute both online and offline campaigns.
Lead or assist in scheduling of events with local communities/facilities and maintaining contact up thru the event for final guest count, readying event materials, coordinating the food and drinks for the events (if applicable), setting up the event, greeting guests, assisting the presenter, gathering feedback forms and setting appointments with interested households etc…
When applicable work with the business development associate and client services associate and together being responsible for post event communications and follow up which requires an interest in and knowledge of our services and how those services benefit individuals. You must be tactful yet caring, respectful yet confident in yourself, your colleagues and the company you represent.
Business Development Associate – You are representing the company and its advisors in the community, at local events, and online. Assist with all local educational and marketing events/expos. Plan and execute before, during and after activities and processes with support from your colleagues. Part time/contract type work is a possibility. For a multi-talented individual that can and wants to assist in other areas, then more likely a full time position. This can be a 100% performance based position or a combination of salary and bonus, or a per event fee and bonus.
Digital Marketing – These services could be provided by an outsourced consultant, a part time employee or handled by a team member above who has skills in financial services online marketing too.
Our primary needs in these areas are website content and management, email marketing (primarily list maintenance and some content creation), any online advertising campaigns, posting of our local open to the community events, social media management, assist with video content creation and have the analytical skills to determine which marketing channels are working well and which ones need modifications.
Associates that can assist in multiple areas will be given primary consideration.

As an Associate Financial Advisor you are a self-starter and client focused with a minimum current licensure of active Nevada Life & Health licenses. Ideally securities licensed as well (series 65 preferred).
You enjoy working closely with clients, developing long-term relationships, constantly challenging & growing yourself, and providing superior customer service.
You recognize the complexity and financial risk of being an independent advisor yourself and value the simplicity and benefits of working alongside a primary advisor, with company support to mitigate and minimize complexities and risks.
Adam Goodman will work with you 1 on 1, identifying and putting in place company initiatives designed to your strengths, while you will also be able to benefit from supporting existing company initiatives. You will have office and marketing support as agreed to. Over time you will be given an opportunity to work with some of the firm’s existing clients.
This individual is compensated in a performance based fashion, with a base salary or draw available to start in the right situation, and should be on pace for making $100,000+ annually within the first 2 years, with a truly uncapped income earning potential (although no income guarantees are expressed or implied).
We believe this opportunity is ideal for someone who desires a long term career in a client facing position within the financial services industry, and whose previous industry experiences hampered their success due to some or all of of the following:
- Being a captive agent/advisor
- Responsible 100% themselves to develop a clientele
- Being an independent agent/advisor who has been bogged down by operations and/or marketing challenges
- An independent agent/advisor that can’t or doesn’t want to make the monetary commitment to run their own practice
- An agent/advisor who is great at marketing/prospecting, getting that 1st appointment, but struggles with financial planning, and/or presenting complex strategies in a way that clients feel comfortable and confident moving forward (getting a “Yes” at the 2nd or 3rd appointment)
Minimum Requirements:
• 2 + years of Insurance/Financial Services experience in a client facing capacity
• Nevada Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 preferred, Series 66 is adequate
• Desire to work in a performance based capacity with a results focused organization
• Responsible people person with great organizational skills & attention to detail
• Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word & Power point)
As of April 2024 we are a solo advisor office and we currently have an open opportunity for a 2nd advisor to join us sometime in 2024, we like to plan ahead and see in most cases exploring an advisor career opportunity fit as multi step 3-6 month process, and are always open to exploratory conversations around this position, but all external candidates must be fully licensed. There are future opportunities for internal team members to ascend into an advisor/agent position.
For experienced (or retiring) advisors with existing clients, we are open to buying books of business as well as creative structures that reward you for the relationships and assets you are bringing with you or have developed.
